The Triple Nickel is a modern-day restaurant, conceived and managed by a team of professionals steeped in years in the restaurant business. Their backgrounds are as diverse as the American population they serve:



John Fleming, our Chef, started cooking at age 18 at another Detroit area icon - Carl's Chop House. Through the years, John honed his skills and developed his own style, leaving his unique mark at notable restaurants throughout the Detroit area.



Marc Blancke, Operations Manager, brings his expertise to the table as the second-generation owner of the landmark Sindbad's restaurant on the Detroit River. Marc has been serving great food there in a truly festive atmosphere for the past 37 years.



As one of the principal owners, Jack Reinhart and the team believe that The Triple Nickel is the right concept in the right place at the right time. Quite simply, they believe that America's bounty is the greatest on earth. Embrace it. Celebrate it. Bring it to the table. And The Triple Nickel will prosper in the greatness of America itself.
